For over four decades, Dan Burbine, the TurboPianist, has been proficient in many different popular styles. Influenced by his father, a wonderful pianist on the North Shore area of Boston, and eventually studying with Muriel E. Lee, a former CBS Radio Network staff organist who had earlier in her career provided live Hammond organ and piano background in New York for radio soaps such as The Guiding Light and As The World Turns, Dan later attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston. There he formed bands to perform with artists such as Natalie Cole, Bill Withers, Muddy Waters, Buddy Miles, Al Kooper and Tim Hardin.
